Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 2021b
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a graph here that is working as desired:

This graph is set up using the method described in this forum post here: https://my.originlab.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=47634. This is how I added the data as it became available.

However, now I am trying to add new data and these strange lines appear on the graph when I import the new data:

Those strange lines are added even before I put the averaged new data onto the graph. As soon as I import the new data, those lines are added.

If I click on those strange straight lines, it simply highlights the correct column in the workbook corresponding to the data:

I have tried closing Origin and redoing the graph, but every time I add that final data set these lines are added. How can I remove them?

Hi James,

Thank you! I found some 0 values at the end of the column and deleting them fixed the issue.

Can you check the first and last row of col(C) to see if there are any redundant data values like 0? Thank you.

James
