Origin Ver. 2022 and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: Win 10

Hello,
I want to use the "set column values" dialog to divide a column that sits in one worksheet by a column that sits in another worksheet. Could you please tell me how to refer to an arbitrary column in an arbitrary worksheet (of the same project)?
Thanks!

Hi vlnew,

Within the Set Column Values dialog, you can define a range variable using RangeString syntax in the Before Formula Scripts panel,
https://www.originlab.com/doc/en/LabTalk/guide/Range-Notation#Types_of_Range_Data
Or, you can select Variables: Add Range Variable to browse and define the reference column as a range varibale.
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/SetColVal#Using_Columns_from_Other_Sheets

Thanks,
Shirley
