Hello,

I like to use Origin to input data as it's statistical and graphing capabilities are fantastic. However, is there a way I can simply speak/voice data into cells? I have a modified version of doing this using MS word and speaking "comma" for new columns and "new line" to start dictating data/numbers in a new row. I then will need to export it into Excel and from there to Origin. I wish there was a more direct way of doing this using Origin.

Are they basically comma separated data?

Maybe you can try Copy+C to copy it and then click Data: Import from File: Import Wizard... and choose Clipboard to import it so no need to export to Excel first.

Also in the coming Origin 2023b, we have improvements so that comma separated data can be pasted fine in worksheet.

We also created ORG-26581 to see if possible to support dictate in Origin.

Thanks, Snow
