I would like to construct a plot with 2 x parameters one for the simulation and one for the fit. These two both have the same y axis but i want for the fit and the simulation to be connected by a line .
I'd really appreciate any help with this |

Is there a way to have the lines be connected between the sim and the fit even if they are not horizontal ? sometimes they are vertical for me and even at an angle . meaning not completely vertical |

And that means for the fit to have different x values than the sim? Meaning i add another column not just an axis |

You could click on the axis, and in the popped-up mini toolbar, select Show Opposite Axis. |

Thank you so much. that is exactly what i wanted. Cab it be though that both the fit and sim have two different x axis? so the same thing but two x axis and two y axis with the lollipop plot? |

Hi,
Please check the attached project file with the Lollipop plot. Note the values in the two y columns will display as x values in the graph.

Is there anyway i could have a lollipop plot with 2 x axes and 1 y axes? It was only wanting to have 2 y axes |

Could you check the Lollipop Plot？You might need to switch the x and y columns.

I want every simulated point to have a line that goes to its fitted point if that makes any sense.

Not clear to me what you expect. Could you provide a rough sketch of the plot to give a better idea?
