Hi,
Is there any method to perform one-way Anova with subgroup? I have measurements from 6 processes, in each process data can be grouped into two categories. I would like to perform Anova on all data with Tukey mean comparison and Anova between categories within a single process with Tukey mean comparison. In this way I will get two sets of labels (first-between processes, second-between categories within a single process).
Is it possible?

Kind regards,
Dominik

Hi Dominik,

If your data is repeated measures, please refer to this tutorial to see if the method "two-way mixed-design ANOVA" can solve your requirement.
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/2Way-Mixed-Design-ANOVA

If your data is not repeated measures, please try this app:

Thanks,
Shirley
