My y-axis uses one Greek Letter (alpha) and when exporting twice, first as .eps file and second as .pdf file, the Greek letter is not visible. When I open the pdf file, the Greek Letter is there. Any possible solutions on this?

Kind regards,
Migs

Hello migs,

I should first note that we recommend to use .SVG files as opposed to .PDF or .EPS files. SVG is a standard lightweight vector format that is typically accepted as an alternative to PDF/EPS.

However, I understand that is not always possible. If you are unable to use SVG, I have a few clarifications to help solve your issue:

1. What version of Origin are you using?

2. What software are you using to view the .EPS file?

3. When exporting the .EPS file with Origin's 'Export Graphs (Advanced)' window, what settings are you using? Especially curious about the Image Settings section.

In the meantime, you may have luck if you try the export settings described here:
