I want to know how can generate response function with certain
deviation in Origin (eg. in my case - Gaussian-type energy resolution function with FWHM of 1.3 keV). It's need for deconvolution.
I already see in ORIGIN project "FFT Deconvolution.OPJ". I'm understand in this. But i don't know how can generate response function with certain deviation in Origin.
I've only experimental spectrum, so i need to generate response function. If anyone know please help me.

Experimental spectrum's in the following link (in this x-axis's energy (keV), y-accounts);
