Origin Ver. 2024b and Service Release 10.1.5.132 (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise

Sorry, I am new to origin.
I have multiple excel files. They each are a sheet of columns with thousands of rows of data. I want to graph Column A and B as X and Y axes, but Column C has for example 1000 rows of value "1" and then 1345 rows of value "2" and then 1421 rows of value "3" etc. The lengths of the integer sets are unknown, but they are always continuous and in ascending order.
Is it possible to graph column A vs column B while (and only while) column C = 1, or =3, etc.?
Thanks

You can add filter for column C.
Click on Column C header and click funnel toolbar button.
Then set filter condition to be equal to 1.
When plotting column A vs B, hidden rows will not be plotted.

Then you can turn on data slicer panel and easily change filter conditions.

Thanks, Snow
