hello,

i have two XPS spectra which have been measured with different step sizes, so the x axis values are different how i manipulate the axis value for the spectra so they are the same, CasaXPS does it automatically in overlay but cant figure it out for Origin!

You can use Interpolate/Extrapolate Y from X.
