Hi,

I searched the forum, Chat GPT, und the Origin Help, but I cound not find an answer.

There is a little window ober the graph/points that indicates the information in a row when you put the mouse over it. What is the name of this little yellow window?

Here is a screenshot of my problem:

Column "a" to "e" are relevant data that is involved in the representation of the graph. I think this is why the "Data Reader" shows this columns.

How can i select which columns are shown in this yellow window ?

Chat GPS , told me, I shoud customize it from Plot Details-->"Data Display" , but i dont see Data Display. Or it is hinnden some where else.

I use OriginPro 2024b - Trial

Thank you.

Hello Gabriel,

Yes it is! That feature is explained around (2:47) 2 minutes and 47 seconds of the video here: < https://www.originlab.com/videos/details.aspx?id=227 >

You will find the Save and Load icons in the customization window (near "OK" and "Cancel" buttons) which can be used to Save or Load the settings.

Let me know if you have any issues.

Hello Adrian-Dan,

The yellow window is called the "Data Point Tooltip" and yes, you can customize it!

If you move the cursor on top of the yellow window when it appears, then right click and select "Preferences..." from the context menu, you can edit the information displayed by the Data Point Tooltip.

If you want to see exactly what it looks like, please watch this video to see the Data Point Tooltip customized:
