Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): Origin Pro 2025 academic
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I have a problem regarding the buttons created by text.

So in a worksheet, in create a text, then in its properties, in the programming tab, i enter some labtalk code, and in "script run after", I select "Button up" and i get going. The "only" problem is that once done, i can't delete this button anymore, neither access its properties. I still can copy it tho.

Thanks in advance for your answers !

Hello,

There are two ways:
1. Choose Edit: Edit Mode to turn it into edit mode.
U can delete the button.
Then please choose Edit: Edit Mode again. Otherwise many objects in Graph will show in edit mode.

2. Alt+double click the button to open the Properties dialog with Programming tab on.
Change Button up to None.
Then it will becomes a normal text.
Delete it.

Thanks, Snow
