The Project Explorer does not show graphs contained in a report sheet as separate from the report itself. In the Project Explorer, the report as a whole is indicated by something like "FitNL1", which contains embedded graphs.
However, this is fixed easily by double clicking on your desired graph and using the Duplicate button on the toolbar. You may also select Duplicate from the Window menu at the top of Origin.
Once you duplicate a graph, it becomes its own item in the Project Explorer. You can make changes to this graph without affecting the report and vice-versa.
