Hi even though I have fit function files (the one with extension fdf) in my user files folder (C:\Users\Lenovo\Documents\OriginLab\User Files), still the origin is not showing this function while non-linear fit under the user defined function.
How can import all the fdf fit function all at one go in the origin.? Thanks. |

Have you attempted drag and drop, even though the files are already in the folder?
You can also use the Tools menu > Fitting Function Organizer then click the Add button to add the files.

Posted - 03/27/2025 : 10:24:58 PM Hi, I noticed a typo in my previous question. The files are actually located in the fitfunc folder: "C:\Users\Lenovo\Documents\OriginLab\User Files\fitfunc" . However, they still do not appear in my Origin application. I can import them individually, but they are not loading together as expected. Could someone help me resolve this issue? Thank you! |

Posted - 03/27/2025 : 1:52:01 PM Hi Sam,
Please drag and drop the .fdf files in Windows Explorer into Origin workspace to install them. It will put the files into the "fitfunc" folder in your UFF. Then they will appear in the NLFit categories properly.
Let me know if this solves your issue.
Best,
