Hello, some of "my" users reported an issue where data seems to "disappear" from Origin project files (.opju) from time to time. I am trying to figure out, if this is technical issue or "user error" and in either way how to prevent it. What we observe: - Some workbooks/sheets are missing when reopening a project - The project structure is still present, but certain datasets or books seem to be gone - This happens sporadically and is hard to reproduce Environment: - OriginPro 2023 / 2024 - Windows 11 - Project files are typically stored on a network drive (SMB share) We are trying to understand whether this is: - a known limitation or risk when working with OPJ/OPJU files on network drives - or more likely caused by user workflow issues We would like to understand: - whether this behavior is known in Origin - if there are recommended best practices to avoid this - and whether this is considered a technical limitation or user-side misuse Any clarification or guidance would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
