Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5Pro
Operating System:WinXP Pro

I am having trouble getting the peak picking function to use my default font (Times New Roman). The figures themselves (axes, etc.) are in the proper font, however, when I use the "Pick Peaks" tool, the peaks are labeled on the graph in Arial font. I've also tried creating a template using all Time New Roman fonts, but that hasn't worked.

Thanks in advance.

Hi JR:

The new generated text will be used Arial by default. So when you apply peak picking function, Origin will use the default font and size. You can use Theme to solve this problem, not Template.

When you create a figure with the right fonts, you can save the fonts setting (or any other kinds of setting) as theme by right click the figure and select "Set Format as Theme", Specify the theme name and check what formats you want to save.

Then when creating another graph, you can use this format setting by press F7, or click Format-->Theme Gallery from menu to active the theme gallery dialog. Select the theme saved just now and click "Apply Now" to apply the theme on the figure.

Hope it helps

Larry
