Hi,
I have got a 3D-graph I would like to export as an .png. When I open the exported picture (it doesn´t depend on the exported format), I always have got a black shadow over the surface of the graph. Does anybody now which settings I have to change. Besides, Origin displays the graph without any problems.

I think my university is useing the latest Version 7.5. I already ask others, working with origin, but no owne else had this problem before. |

What version of Origin?
I just tried exporting a 3D colormap surface plot to png and inserted in word and it looked fine.
Please contact tech support with details for further help.
