There are two different curves in the same axis. Would you please tell me how to get difference of different y in the same x value?
The curves is plotted by two series of data points.

If the series share an X column, as shown below, it will be easier to compute the difference from the worksheet.



Highlight Column D. Right-click with your mouse, and choose Set Column Values... In the dialog, enter "col(B)-col(C)", or any formula you want. After clicking ok, the differences computed should be saved in Column D.
