Hello
Can anyone tell me how to use this bioexponential rate eq.
The eq Y = Ae-k1t + Be-k2t + C

where Y is the light scattering intensity observed at 350 nm, t = time, k1 and k2 are the rate constants for the decay of the two populations A and B, and C is the light scattering intensity that remained at 60 minutes.

I don't really understand what I need to plug in for k1, k2,A, B and C.
Any help I can get I appreciate it thanks

I think what you actually using is the following bi-exponential equation, right?



We have maked this equation as a build-in fitting function in Origin's NLSF tool. You can see it in the Exponential category and named ExpDec2. This kind of function describes a curve like:



I am not sure what you mean that plug in for K1, K2, A, B and C. Could you please provide some more detail to us? Thanks!
