3D surface graph can be made from matrix data. If your data is in a worksheet, you will need to convert it into matrix data. This web page has instructions on how to do it: http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?s=8&lm=188

After the convertion, please activate the matrix. From the Origin menu, choose Plot, and then select the graph type. This should be able to create the graph.
