Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 6
Operating System: windows XP

I would like to plot a graph with line linked to Y axe on the left and X on the bottom, and a second plot (in the same graph) with columns linked to the right axe as Y and the same X axe than the precedent. But, the problem I have is the columns in this seconds graph starts from the bottom, and even if I link columns to a top X axe, columns starts again in the bottom.

How can I manage with it?

Not sure I understand what you want but try this: Select layer 2 and enter the command layer.y.reverse=1 in the script window to reverse the direction of the Y-axis.
