Hi there,
I'm seeing an issue when I have generated a report layout at the end of my script. Viewing my layout all the components (several graphs, text, and a portion of a worksheet) are appropriately spaced and in the correct locations, everything looks good. Then I hit print preview and the worksheet cells seem to have merged over to the right a bit into the axis of a graph - this is not how things look on the layout screen.
Printing the report shows the same issue as print preview, the worksheet cells overlapping a graph. I checked that my page settings were correct for A4 (UK standard paper) and they are.
This report template has been successfully used for several years now, without this issue cropping up.
Here is what I have tried so far:
1) REPLACING THE PRINTER - I took the older printer off that machine and put a HP LaserJet 5900 on there, works fine in Windows. To do this I uninstalled the other printer drivers fully also so that this is the only printer on the system. No effect.
2) RE-INSTALLING ORIGIN AND PRINTER - I removed both the printer driver and uninstalled Origin. I then installed the printer again, followed by Origin and our scripts/templates. No effect.
Any suggestions/explanations?
