Here is what I have tried so far: 1) REPLACING THE PRINTER - I took the older printer off that machine and put a HP LaserJet 5900 on there, works fine in Windows. To do this I uninstalled the other printer drivers fully also so that this is the only printer on the system. No effect. 2) RE-INSTALLING ORIGIN AND PRINTER - I removed both the printer driver and uninstalled Origin. I then installed the printer again, followed by Origin and our scripts/templates. No effect.
