I converted my data into a matrix and can plot it in a 3D surface. Unfortunately my y-values (time axis) are not equally spaced (more points at the beginning of the meassurement). Origin will set the first value to 1 and then count to the number of meassureing points I have. This way my time information is lost for the graph.
