Hi,
i want to use the Origin Client on my Terminalserver and emulate the client to all users of the server. I can install and start Origin normally as Administrator but when i try to start the software eg as myself then just nothings happens. The Localversion of Origin is working properly but my boss wants the networkclient on the Terminalserver. I've already checked the folder permissions on the harddisk but they are ok. Please help me.
Just for Your information, we have a Windows 2003 Domain and we use the domainaccounts to log on the ThinClients.
Sorry for my english, its not my native language.

Posted - 05/02/2007 : 1:18:23 PM I think the setup you describe should work. In the Origin Client program folder, please open the InstInfo.ini file in a text editor such as Notepad and check that the LogonUserName key is set to "AllUsers", like this:
LogonUserName=AllUsers
If it is set to a specific user (such as your admin account), then please set it to AllUsers, save the file, and retry.
If the problem persists, I suggest you directly contact your Origin representative in Germany, Additive GmbH:
Additive GmbH Phone: +49 6172 5905 0 E-mail: origin@additive-net.de Web: http://www.additive-net.de/software/origin/
