Hi,

I was wondering if Excel 2007 will work within Origin 7.5. I am assuming the files would have to be saved in the default xls format, as opposed to the new XML-based format (xlsx).

Has anyone had any experience with this?

You are right. If the Excel files are saved in compatible mode, which means the Excel 97-2003 xls format, you will be able to use them in Origin 7.5.

However, we cannot use the XLSX format in Origin 7.5.
