Origin Version:7.5 SR0
Operating System:XP

when I select multiple text files and execute to import into new worksheets, I see those sheets being generated but they disappear right away. But, they gets imported into new colums in one worksheet. This had been working properly until a while ago. Also, when I execute import wizard, nothing happens.

I would like to get help on this. Thanks.

This problem may be caused by an incompatibility with your default printer driver. Please read this link:

Thanks for the note. What I don't understand is reintallation doesn't help, which seems to make no sense because reinstallation should bring it to the privious status.

Maybe this problem can be fixed after you update your Origin (Help : Check for Update...).
