I am using PFM to do the multiple-peak fitting. The fitting function I am interested in is the build-in psvoigt1. The parameters are A(area), xc(center), w(FWHM),and mu(shape factor). I want to set some constraints to the peak fitting. I know PFM can do this, though limited to linear constraints. My problem is, how can I set constraints to peak height? Coz "height " is not included in the function parameters. But since I can get height value from the fitting, I suppose there must exist ways to set constraint to peak height. (Right?) But I cannot find how to do this.
The other question is, can I set non-linear constaints?
Thanks a lot!
