Posted - 06/26/2007 : 09:33:43 AM Hello,
I know that this question was asked already in this forum here and here, but the reply is not helpful in my case.
My problem is as following (using Origin 7): my bottom X-scale is in cm-1 goes from 100 to 700000 cm-1. My corresponding upper X-scale should be in [nm] running from 100,000nm to 14.285nm, respectively. (the relation to the bottom scale is : upperScale=10000000/bottomScale)
The ways that were described here and here do not help because my upper scale looks very bad - all of the numbers in UPPER scale are crowded in the leftmost corner and the rest of the scale is empty!
But I want my upper scale to completely correspond and not being smashed in the lefmost corner! What should I do?!! How do I make Origin write the corresponding values of the bottom scale on the upper scale? I want that above 150000cm-1 the value 66.666nm will be written, above 300000cm-1 the value 33.33nm, above 450000cm-1 the value 22.22nm and so on. But it does not do it!!!
Please heeeeeeelp!
