Origin Version 6.1
Operating System: MS Windows XP
I have a column of measured data (y) and want to fit to it, a linear combination of two other columns of data in the form:
y=a*col(D)+b*col(E) so as to find out the coefficients a and b.
but am totally stuck where to begin.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Define your function as shown below and select col(D) as x, col(E) as y and the data column as z.
