I want to fit the temperature dependence of fluroscence intenstiy according to the formula I(T)=I0(1+Aexp(-E/KT)) , where I(T) is the fluroscence intensity, I0 is the intensity at zero temperature, E and K are constant, and T is temperature, How to realize his formula fitting? Thanks very much! |

5. Select Scripts> Parameter Initialization on the fitter's menu. 6. Define k, E and B=E/k in the Constants box. (Of course k and E must have the proper values for your units.)
7. Select Function> Save and try it out.
