I have a scattered diagramm, in which each datapoint is another sample. The label is one colume of the worksheet. How can I display the label
1) as a legend or
2) at each datapoint?

Move col A to the third position (Column> Move to Last). Then add it to the graph layer by right-clicking the layer 1 icon (top left corner) and selecting Plot Setup or Layer Contents.
