Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 8
Operating System: XP Pro SP 2

In image analysis, is there something like Photoshop's magic wand tool ?

I am setting up an experiment dealing with muscle soreness and recovery. I will have MRI images, in which I'd like to identify oedema (it will be a light grey area) and follow it's evolution (i.e surface area).

Is such a thing possible with Origin 8 ?

Thanks Mike.
I'll test it.

The TweakROI add-on is designed for simple MRI & 2DNMR image analysis in Origin 7 & 7.5. It's not fully tested in Origin 8 but preliminary tests suggests it works fine. Please email comments or bug reports to <mlb@nmrtools.com>.
