Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): Origin 8 SR0
Operating System: Windows XP

This is a question about customizing toolbars.
I tried to add a button groups and customized the buttons.
The addition of button groups were successful, but customizing the buttons were not. Even though I made a change to buttons, it is gone after closing and reopening the origin. Is it the bug of Origin 8 ?

One more questions.
Does the script (LabTalk and Origin C) wrote for Origin 7.5 work for Origin 8? It doesn's seem so! It is really a burden to rewrite all the script for Origin 8 that used to work for Origin 7.5.

Did you put your ini file, bitmap and the ogs file in a subfolder of your user files folder?

Please post your script here or write to tech@originlab.com (with a link to this forum post) so that we can have a look.
