I have a set of data in a data file given in a horizontal format, and there's 1000 of them.
In other words it's (in the data file) given something like set 1: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 set 2: 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 ... set 1000: 9990 9991 9992 9993 9994 9995 9996 9997 9998 9999
the set 1, set 2, and set 1000 isn't in the file, I just wanted to emphasize the orizontal format.
Anyway, how can I import that in an easily plotted format for origin? or is it possible to just transpose the data? it would be the same effect.

If you want to transpose a worksheet, you can select Edit: Transpose from the Origin menu.
