Posted - 04/27/2008 : 09:53:20 AM I get the error: "Cannot save in System Folder or Group Folder", when I try to save a graph template in origin 8. In v 7.5 I used that feature all the time so I am kind of used to it.
Is there any way to fix this?

Posted - 04/27/2008 : 10:18:42 PM Hi, we don't recomment saving templates to system folder that is why we disabled it.
Why not saving the templates to your user files folder? If there is a template in your user files folder, whose name is the same as a system template, the one in user files fodler will take precedence over the one in the system folder. It "acts" as if the one if you user files folder is a system template, although the real system template is not modified or removed.
