I am new to Origin. I try to select two columns for Mann-Whitney test, but an error message says that I can only have two levels of input for grouping selection, so I end up only have N=1 in the result. There's no choice for raw data input, how should I do it? Thanks!

Hi,

Please use Two Sample NPH tool (select Statistics: Nonparametric Tests: (NPH) Two Independent Sample). The tool enable Mann-Whitney Test with raw data input.
