Posted - 08/20/2008 : 08:56:45 AM Hi
i have a Raman spectrum of carbon and want to separate / fragment it in 5 peaks. Is it possible to let Origin do this automatically with self identification of the peak positions or how exactly can i do this? I`ve already tried: Analysis -> Non-linear Curve Fit -> Advanced Fitting Tool and Fitting Wizard, but it does not really work Can somebody help me?
thank you very much |

Posted - 08/20/2008 : 1:47:57 PM Hi,
In version 8, OriginPro has Peak Fitting in Peak Analyzer. In version 7.5, OriginPro has PFM(Peak Fitting Module).
You can try the Peak Analyzer in OriginPro8 Demo version, downloadable from: http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?s=12&lm=62
I think these tools are the best way to go for you.
