Hello,
I am sory for my English. I got a problem. I'm using originPro 8. I'm importing my datas (IMPORT SINGLE ASCII). Now,my workbook have 3 columns (A(x),B(y),C(z)) and 15141 rows. I want to interpolate my datas.(firstX=1,last X =1.4, first Y=90, Last Y=-90)

I am tring:

step1: select col(z)

step2: worksheet<convert to matrix<xyz gridding<open dialog<ok (reguler)

This time I have a Matrix .(21 columns and 721 rows)

step3:Analysis<mathematics<2d interpolate/extra..<open dialog box

I'm selecting
spline,
Num of Col:41,
Num of Rows:721,
First x=1
Last x=1.4
First y=90
Last y=-90

and press 'ok' but there are any result.
there is a message box:

minterp2:X-Function failed to execute!
Internal error code: -898, -6

.What is my problem.

some times, there are not any problem.

Again sory for my language.

thanks..

Hi, erciyes

It looks like the problem depends on data. Would you mind to share us your data?

You can send it to tech@originlab.com and quote this post in the email.
