I need to do a graph in three dimensions. I have to make the data of three two-dimensional graphics at different distances from one another, as seen in the picture. In addition I want the graphic area does not have corners and a curved surface, to be able to do this you will need to interpolate, I guess

According to your graph, I suppose you already have three XYZ data, and value of Y is uniform. Then you can do interpolation for each XZ data first and then add Y and plot them out.
You can do these steps:
(1) For each three dimensions datasets, you can copy X and Z first in new workbook.
(2) Select Analysis: Mathematics: Interpolate/Extrapolate to draw up the ¡®¡¯¡¯Mathematics: interp1xy¡¯¡¯¡¯ dialog box. After setting, click Ok button and you will get the interpolate data.

(3) Add the raw Y value in interpolate data.
(4) Please repeat the steps above twice. Then you will get new three dimensions datasets.
(5) Highlight the data which you want to use, select Plot: 3D XYZ: 3D Trajectory to generate the graph.
