Dear Forum,

I have a large number of binary data files created by another acquisition
program. I would like to read these files into Origin for analysis (like
using Microcal's pClamp worksheet template), but I don't know how to start.

Any suggestions on how I can adapt the pClamp template or write my own script
to read this type of file?

Hi there,
I am looking for an origin module for reading LabVIEWs datalog files.

Binary files can be imported with Origin Professional

Correct, Origin Professional does include examples for importing binary
files. Scripting commands include reading of arbitrary data types and
arbitrary array types directly into a worksheet.

Origin Prof comes with tools for reading binary data files

Hi,
I have the same problem and was told by Microcal that Origin 4.1 Professional
comes with scripting tools that allow Origin to import from any binary file. I
have not tried it out since it hasn't shipped yet.
