Dear all

I got some problem on the columns add.

If i have 400 columns and each 5 columns need to summarized, is there easy way to do it ?

is there any similiar method just as in Excel

"sum (a1:z1)"?? then columns from a1 to z1 will be sumarized in a new columns.

thank you in advance

yours Frank

Hi Frank,

In Origin, you can use a X-Function rowstats to do this issue.

About how to use this X-function, please see this page:
http://www.originlab.com/www/helponline/origin8/en/X-Function/X-Function.htm#X-Function/rowstats.html

Any problem, please don't hesitate to contact with us.
