I tried to install origin 5.0 on my laptop running with Win Vista 64bit but unsuccesfully. Could you please give me a solution which allow me to run my Origin 5.5 on my laptop. I have installed the same version of origin on my desktop running under win vista 32bits succesfully.
Thank you for providing me a solution

Hi Mystere,

I'm not sure which case you are:
1. Installation is finished but can't open the Origin.
2. Can't finish the installation.

For both cases, please try to set the compatibility of the Properties dialog, which can be open by right-clicking the .exe file, choosing Properties from the context menu and then go to the Compatibility tab.

Hope it is useful.

Shirley
