Origin Ver. and Service Release: PRO 7.5 SR 6
Operating System: XP prof.

In our projects we typically have 1000+ datasets in 100+ worksheets and 200+ graphs.

Every now and then we would like to display - for comparison - datasets contained in projA.opj in graphs of projB.opj.

Can this be done without 'merging' the projects into one project file, which would become very unwieldy, in particular if we wanted to compare with a third or even more projects?

Best regards, Rainer Facius

You can save a worksheet (or graph) window independent of a project file. Select File:Save Window As. A worksheet (OGW) file can be opened in any project, so you can save multiple workbook OGW files from multiple projects and then open them up in a new project. Choose File:Open to open the OGW files; just change the files of type to OGW. When opening window files, the project does not close; the window is just opened into the current project file.
