Hello,
In Origin 7.0 it was possible to call origin with some parameters from MS Windows command line (cmd.exe), as it is described here: http://www.originlab.com/www/support/resultstech.aspx?ID=837&language=English&Version=All
Is it possible to do the same trick for Origin 8 ? I would like to ask Origin 8 to execute some LabTalk script from windows batch script.
Best regards, Leszek |

Posted - 02/27/2009 : 1:33:52 PM Hello Leszek,
This is still possible with Origin 8. Origin 8 has even added additional command line arguments for such purposes. You can read all about Origin's command line arguments on the following page:
http://wiki.originlab.com/~originla/wiki/index.php?title=LabTalk:Start_Origin_with_Command_Line_Scripts
In your case you will want to look at the -R and -R0 switches. Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thanks, Eric
