I can't seem to work out how to order a plot to show symbols above the fitted curves i've produced for each dataset..
I'd be very grateful for any help with this problem!

I am not sure about what you mean by "symbols" which you want to show above the fitted curve. Do you mean a scatter plot of the source data?
By the way, I suggest applying the latest service release patch SR4. This fixs a lot of bugs and offers new powerful tools such as Peak Analyzer. To get SR4, pleas select Help: check for updates from the Origin menu.
