Could somebody tell me how unlock a column?Every time I normalize column, the new column is locked and I can not do anything with the data. It should be simple, but I just don't find it...

You can turn off Recalculate.

On the column heading, you should see a little blue lock on the top-right corner. Single-cick to popup a menu and change Recalculate to None.
