Hello together,

I have a severe problem and do not understand the source.
Origin 8 hast amongst other standard formats an import filter integrated for JCAMP spectra data format.
Unfortunately, when I use this integrated import filter, the data, imported is completely mashed up and unusable.
Does anyone of you have experience with the import of this extremely widespread standard format into Origin?
I would be very happy if one of you could help me!

Best regards

Crowdly

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately this forum seems to be broken, thus I cannot send an email to your address, I cannot find any tech support e-mail address on the Originlabs website. Only a form. The http://www.originlab.de/www/company/qform.aspx?s=1& form does not allow me to post files other than pictures.
It would be great if you could send me a contact email address!

Hi Crowdly,

Please send your data file to tech support so we can take a look to see why the import is failing.

Please refer to this forum post in your message.
