I think if you start from raw data, then you can just plot the "Histogram + Probability"; if has binned data, then you can use the Sum function in the Set Column Value tool to get the cumulative sum.
If it is the later case, let's say that you have the probability values: {0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4} (the total is 1.0) to make a cumulative plot.
1) Put your data in a column, say in column B, but the first cell in the column starts with 0. So your column would be {0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4}.
2) Add a new column ("C") by choosing "Column: Add New Columns".
3) Highlight the column C, and choose "Column: Set Column Values" menu.
4) In the formula box, you put the following assignment formula: sum(col(B))
5) Plot the result column C.
I hope the above method works for your purpose.
