If you have had problems normalizing data here is one possible reason. If the
name of the data containing window is very long (I guess it has to be the max
characters allowed) the normalizing procedure will fit only the first column
and then will show the min max for that column again even if any of the other
columns is selected. The normalization will be performed again on the first
column. Solution to the problem: Do not use the longest names possible when
naming a data set window.
