Hello,
for some reason, when I select a column and 'statistics on column' I'm now unable to select as destination for the statistics the source sheet (the dialog box defaults to <new> and the textbox is greyed out).
Can anyone suggest why?
Thanks,
Dan

Ok, I must be mistaken. I guess it's only possible to do that with statistics on rows.
Thanks

Hi Dan,

Do you mean you can do it in the past? Version version do you mean?

In Origin 8, We don't support it in statists on columns since it generates hiarachy table. We don't support putting them in the same sheet as regular sheet. It's like this in sr4 and sr5 as well.

Thanks, Snow Li
