Origin Ver 8 on XP

After creating a line chart, then offsetting the data sets (using offset tab) i'm finding if I add a new data set in (using the drag and drop from workbook) the new line does not have the tab to offset.

Is it possible to work round this, I often find i've spent ages working on a graph then realise I need more data.

Thanks in advance

Toby

This is because the newly dropped in data is not part of the original dataplot group. Simply double-click on the layer icon, in the upper left-hand corner of the graph. The Plot Setup dialog will open. Drag the newly added dataplot up, so that it is part of the Group. You can drag-n-drop these dataplots to change the order in which the data is plotted too.
